Liza22Liza Pitsirilos, M.S., E-RYT, is highly sought after for her expertise on how to prevent and to reverse the detrimental effects of stress on the mind and body caused by the increasing demands of work, life and constant connection to technology.

While working through her own experiences of stress and chronic migraines, Liza found Forrest Yoga, a renowned yoga practice that is intensely physical, internally focused and emphasizes how to carry a transformative experience off the mat and into daily life. Her training as a Forrest Yoga teacher has helped her to step into her life’s work as a healer and the practice continues to be a strong pillar in all of her teachings.

Students who work with Liza continue to cultivate an acute awareness of their own practice and life process, resulting in an exhilarating journey into self-discovery, cleansing and healing. For Liza, this is her intent- “To inspire people to clear through the layers of emotional, physical and mental blocks that keep them from living the true path of their spirit.” In her life-long pursuit of becoming a better teacher and healer, Liza has undertaken studies and application of healing modalities such as pressure point therapy, craniosacral therapy, Reiki and Holonomic Healing.

Liza holds her Masters in Education, certification as a Wellness Inventory Coach Journey Dance Facilitator and Registered Yoga Alliance (RYA) Teacher. She has facilitated specialized experiential wellness workshops and programs for more than 200 executives from companies such as BP, Home Depot and the Aveda Institute. Through her partnership with corporate clients such as the internationally acclaimed Pritikin Longevity Center she has reached more than 30,000 individuals with her programing. She is also a featured wellness facilitator for Livestrong and E-How.
